Sali e Tabacchi Journal Riv.03: Biophilia

26.00

Just as archaeologists reconstructed civilizations from single fragments, Sali e Tabacchi Journal’s Riv.03: Biophilia will seek to rediscover the worlds of the Mediterranean flora and fauna, questioning how they can be investigated and preserved, disseminating and defending traditions and cultures. Amongst other social, geo-political, and ecological manifestations of food, flora, and fauna in our society, the issue will aim to approach topics related to notions of soil, seeds and access to resources; cultural identity, and ways where humankind, nature, and technology can cohabit; collective memory and the production of knowledge; as well as by letting ourselves be open to the act of wonder and infinite experimentation in an inexorable approach to the animal and vegetable world, and its possibilities in the future to come.
